We’re now in the middle of the “-ber” months and excitement is beginning to fill the air as more and more people start preparing for the holidays. Christmas carols are starting to play in public spaces and the decors are starting to go up in shopping malls across cities and provinces.

While Christmas with all its holiday cheer only comes once a year, one thing stays constant for us women – our ‘period’ during that time of the month. We treat the holidays with extra caution and care with the many things we must attend to – from Christmas office parties to feasting with friends and family; it’s important that we get to celebrate and live life to the fullest. We certainly cannot have our monthly period hold us back!
