Have you seen the Season 1 of Supergirl? I love how Melissa Benoist became a Glee member to a Superhero. Kidding! You see, I can relate to Kara Danvers about finding herself and discovering her full potential. Most of us women are just like her, and that's what I love about this series. Good news to all Supergirl shippers, because this October, HOOQ premieres its second season on the same day as the US telecast, giving us an immediate access to one of Hollywood TV’s hottest shows on the device of  our choice. May it be on your smartphone or tablet, you would not miss the latest on Kara/Supergirl.

But she was the toughest among the Powerpuff Girls and I always advocate girl power. Unleash the superhero in you! Pacific Licensing Studio (PLS) unveils the World of DC Comics campaign, a year-long program consisting of events, merchandising and promotions for the year.

The program includes a 3-day event highlighting the World of DC Comics in Television, Movies, Comic Books, Video Games and Animation. Warner Bros. Consumer Products (WBCP) and PLS worked closely with  main retailer, the SM Store, local licensing partners and sponsors to offer exclusive merchandise, promotional support and others to bring fans this exciting campaign in Manila.

Who's your favorite Justice League Hero? I have always pegged myself to Wonder Woman because I juggle too many things at the same time. And now, Pacific Licensing Studio, together with The SM Store launched the Justice League: Heroes United at SM. This is a year-long merchandising program lead by Honey Barn Corporation, who is Warner Bros. Consumer Products key product licensee for DC Comics in The Philippines. Are you just as excited as I am?

Prepare to Get Amazed: The Amazing Spiderman

For so many years, I have this fascination with Spiderman. You see, he wears a mean unitard, he can kiss a girl upside down (and looks sexy in it) and he made his own costume while he was discovering his powers. I've never been a Marvel buff, so my boyfriend took the crown at that. And when he was scratching his head after seeing The Amazing Spiderman at Rockwell last Friday, I was very pleased of the storyline, the effects, the suspense and even the characters who played it. Thanks to Nuffnang for scoring tickets to this heart thumping movie.

Each one of us is a superhero in our own way. Like the Avengers, Derek Lorenzo has his own superhero, his MOMMY. Despite the tedious chores she has during the day, she makes sure to support her kid by visiting his Youtube video above, everyday until it hits 100 views. Like his Mom, I am also now addicted to the Anna Banna song.
