Celebrate the Korean Wave at Novotel Manila Araneta Center

Oppa Gangnam Style! Last Tuesday, I went all out Korean as Novotel Manila Araneta Center invited me to join the Go Gangnam! A K-Food Festival at the Food Exchange Manila. This celebration commenced Korea's rich culinary art, as they flew in an authentic Korean chef here in the Philippines. 

Everyone knows I love everything Korean. I was so excited to try the dishes again, and when they told me about this, I signed up for it immediately. Novotel Manila Araneta Center featured Chef Kim Jong-Man of Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam. They brought him here for us to try the sumptuous and authentic Korean dishes.

The Food Exchange featured the well known Korean dishes like the Beef Bulgogi, Korean Pork Barbecue, Marble Potato, Kimchi Rice and the Sundubu Jjigae.

On the buffet spread, there are Korean favorites like the Korean Chicken, Pork Pan Fry, different types of Kimchi, Fish Barbecue and Kimbap. Everytime I look at the spread, I feel as if I'm having my Korea trip flashback. Good thing we have Novotel Manila Araneta Center to bring the experience here in the Philippines.
