Have the #BestoPotato Experience with Jack 'n Jill Calbee

I've never been to Japan before... or to any other country ever. If I were to pick the first one I'd visit, it would be the land of sakura and sumo wrestlers. But now, I don't need to go to Japan just yet, because I can now taste their popular snack, Calbee, in partnership with Universal Robina Corporation's Jack 'n Jill.

   

Last March 13, a creatively designed pop-up store was unveiled at the Glorietta Activity Center, where Filipinos got a chance to taste these yummy potato snacks. Fans of Calbee had the chance to buy exclusive premium items and test their ninja skills at the Potato Ninja booth, or dress up as a giant potato and face off in the Sumo Potato Arena. Aside from that, they can capture their "First Taste Selfie" at the photo booth. The store’s main feature is the line-up of limited-edition merchandise including mugs, ballpens, pencils, notepads, stuffed toys and T-shirts that feature the brand’s super spud mascot, Jaga.

When I posted about Calbee being here in the Philippines, my friends who recognized the brand got so excited that they looked for it at the nearest convenience store. But for those who are new to this awesome brand, Jack 'n Jill offers a wide range of innovative potato snacks for us to experience a taste of Japan. Get ready for the #BestoPotato experience, using only the best potatoes produced under the Japanese standards of quality.

Jack ‘n Jill Calbee Potato Chips are made from real potatoes. It comes in three flavors - Classic Salted, Cheddar and Sour Cream, and Wasabi variants, and available in 28g and 170g packs.

If you can't decide between Pizza and Potato, Jack ‘n Jill Calbee Pizza Potato is the one for you. Coming in 28g and 65g packs, this snack captures the taste of real pizza because of the melted cheese on top. Exciting isn't it?

This one is really for the books. The Jagabee Potato Fries is just like your regular french fries in a cute cup. Real potato fries is packed with a flavorful crunch, and available in Classic Salted, Cheese, and Garlic, sure to fulfill every taste. The 40g pack is the perfect fit for personal munching, while the 90g is good for sharing with everybody seeking the best potato flavors.

I've tried them all and I must say that the Pizza Potato and Potato Fries are my favorite. This exceptional snacking experience is a must try!
