TAGAI Driving Eyewear from Japan Launches in PH

Japan eyewear brand “TAGAI” comes in the Philippines and launched its newest top of the line products for driving. I’ve heard of different eyewear brands, but I never thought that there’s a specific line for driving. Tagai means unity, and in Japan, Tag means fold while Ai means love.

Tagai Beta also has 4 colors: Black Matte & Red, Grey & Black, Red & White, Black and Black Matte. You can also choose from Day or Night Lens and it also has Gold Mirror Diurnal Lens.  Beta is perfect for energetic and passionate people because the designs are fun and sporty.

Their lenses are also of high quality. Tagai manufacturer Paris Miki introduces the crystal-like lenses made in Japan – the Diurnal and Nocturnal Lenses.

The Diurnal Lenses lets you see perfectly while driving outdoors. It has two coating: dark grey and gold mirror. The Dark grey (anti reflection coat) has transmittance of 16.2%, 99.2% degree of cut and 99.9% of UV. While the Gold mirror (anti reflection coat) has transmittance of 13.5%, degree of polarization is 99.2% and has cut 99.9% of UV. Tagai uses the original manufacturing method of lenses with the fusion method of polarizing film and lenses for Diurnal Lenses.  It is durable and are very difficult to crack and will not easily come off. These anti-reflective lenses can diffuse reflection or glare coming from the road or that from a car’s dashboard even when it is raining to make driving stress-free.

The Noctunal Lenses has innovative features like no other eyewear. It has Selective glare reduction from oncoming vehicles’ headlights or mirror reflections. It also creates a higher contrast through an easy diffusion of reflection by reducing short wavelength. And best of all, it gives you a clear and brighter vision in the dark.
