Two Botanika, the flagship project of luxury real estate brand Filigree, is on track to meet its Q3 2027 turnover date due to the early completion of development excavation work. Now all set for a full swing construction, it has formally enlisted one of the country’s most reputable contractors, EEI Corporation through a recent contract signing for the general construction works of the project.
