As someone who has been born and raised in Manila, it was my first time visiting MiraMar Hotel. This architectural gem, facing the Manila Bay has been around since the 1930s and still flourishing as the best themed hotel in the heart of Manila, being a destination for local and foreign Art Deco buffs. MiraMar Hotel is also home to Bistro M, the classic and chill restaurant where they now serve UNLI-WINGS, ALL DAY, EVERYDAY.
Starting this July, their Php499 Unli-wings promo is offered with three fire flavors: SOY SESAME, BUFFALO and GARLIC PARMESAN. You can enjoy these chicken wings with unlimited rice and fries, whatever your appetite is up to. Aside from these inclusions, they have three epic dips to complement your chicken wing gusto - Thousand Island, Garlic Aioli and my favorite, Honey Mustard.

UNLI-WINGS ALL DAY LONG
Promos like this may not be fairly new to us, given the Korean craze that is already here in Manila, but I am always up for the challenge. Bisto M has that rustic vibe that makes you feel like you're in old Manila. Plus, there is no time limit for their unli-wings promo, so I don't feel any pressure on hanging out more around the restaurant. They even have unli-coffee for an affordable price, but let's get back to that later.

The Unli-wings promo has three starter flavors - Garlic Parmesan, Buffalo and Soy Sesame. As usual, my favorite was the Garlic Parmesan. It was not too salty and very pleasing for me. Plus points if you would dip it into the Honey Mustard dip because it makes it sweet and perfect for my taste buds. One thing that I love about their Buffalo wings, is that it was not too spicy. Since I am not that fond of spicy food (but still loves Korean food), Bistro M's Buffalo wings is just right for me. I also loved dipping it to the Garlic Aioli, as it balances the taste.
The Soy Sesame wings are just okay with me, but I feel that it could have improved better. They could thicken the sauce and maybe make it sweeter. You can also try the Salted Egg flavored wings, and this is what I enjoyed too much of. I kept asking for refill because it is briny enough for me to snack on it. Over all, I managed to eat twelve wings, three servings of fries and one cup of rice.
I have also mentioned earlier that they have unlimited coffee for only Php250. This can be paired with their 3-tiered delight if you are looking for a hearty merienda.
Bistro M at MiraMar Hotel is located along Roxas Boulevard and U.N. Avenue. They offer a heartful menu for singles, couples and even family who are checked in, or even for foodies who are looking for all-day comfort food. You may visit them if you are looking for a charming, chill vibe hangout place in Manila City.
