Eastwood Mall Lights Its Giant Tree of Hope

Have you been to Eastwood Mall lately?  Megaworld Lifestyle Malls lighted their huge Christmas Tree at the Eastwood Mall Open Park to honor the victims of Typhoon Yolanda and Bohol Earthquake. This giant tree wishes to give hope for the Philippines and let everyone spark a merry Christmas, despite the recent tragedies.

During the launch, performances from UST Singers and The Company were rendered to the public. And to have a bedazzled Christmas, the 55,000 bulbs of the tree symbolizes light and hope not just for the tragedy victims, but also to the whole world, who joined with us Filipinos.

In line with that, Megaworld parent firm Alliance Global Group of tycoon Andrew Tan, has pledged to donate Php100M to several relief organizations to aid the typhoon survivors. And to make the Christmas merrier for the kids, a toy drive at the 3rd Floor or Eastwood Mall fronting Toys R Us is happening, where you can drop off new and pre-loved toys for the kids affected by Typhoon Yolanda.

If you want to go to a happy place this Christmas with your family, see the Christmas Village at the Eastwood City Walk and see Gingerbread Houses, Pine Forests and see the mascots - Easter, Woodluck, Cyburp and E-Walk and get holiday treats for your kids.

To add the bedazzle this Christmas, catch the Fireworks Display every weekends at 8PM. These and more events happening at Eastwood Mall and other Megaworld Lifestyle Malls at Lucky Chinatown Mall and Venice Piazza. To know more about their activities, you may visit www.megaworldlifestylemalls.com.
