St. Peter Life Plans and Chapels Celebrates DeathCare Week with Breakout Philippines

For most of us Filipinos, it is still conservative to talk about death. But setting aside taboos, we are now in the age where being practical matters. Last night, I was able to meet the "deathcare experts", St. Peter Life Plan and Chapels, and made me realize that death is an important matter and you should look at it as a celebration of life. And of course, looking at a pink casket makes it more innovative, right?

And as All Saints' Day is coming, St.Peter Life Plan and Chapels have a lot of activities in store for you, to make the celebration more light and fun.

Starting October 1, St. Peter partners with Breakout Philippines to help you experience planning, solving and escaping in the following Breakout rooms and Branches:

SM North EDSA - Boogeyman and Sleep No More
Greenbelt 5 - Corpse Bride
Katipunan - Clownhouse
Paragon Plaza - Hide and Seek

We also got the chance to try a mini Breakout game during its launch and it was definitely a group effort. Some of us got frustrated, while some are excited in solving the mystery. For the Breakout Philippines - St. Peter partnership, employees, sales agents and St. Peter Life Plan planholders can get Php100 off from the booking fee by presenting their ID or the white copy of their St. Peter Life Plan contract.

St. Peter Life Plan and Chapels also continues their annual "Deathcare Week" from October 27 to November 2. In their 10th Deathcare Week celebration, they aim to promote awareness on death care planning and preparation. You can also expect the following activities:

Pink Casket Displays

One of my relatives saw this photo of me inside the pink casket and told me how brave I am to go inside. I see this every year at the North Cemetery where my departed loved ones are laid, but I never had the chance to have my photo taken. Some might think it is scary, but at least you get to see how it will fit you when the time comes, right? So step up and have this unique photo opportunity, just for the heck of it. Pink caskets will be displayed in selected cemeteries nationwide.

Free Pink Tricycle Rides

Going to the cemetery with your car is a hassle during Undas season, so St. Peter commissioned tricycle drivers in selected areas nationwide to offer free rides on October 31 and November 1 in their PINK tricycles. They will be available in the following cemeteries:

Bicol Memorial Park
Marilao Catholic Cemetery
Tuguegarao Public Cemetery
Calamba Catholic Cemetery
Holy Family Cemetery
Rizal Memorial Park
Everest Hill Memorial Park
Laoag Public Cemetery
Manila North Cemetery
Love Memorial Park, Kawit
El Reposo Cemetery, Tacloban

St. Peter Pink Tents

You can also expect St. Peter Tents in select cemeteries to provide assistance to those who will spend their evenings there. They will be providing free fans and umbrellas and you can also talk to their DeathCare Experts about their products and life plans.

Thanksgiving Mass

A Thanksgiving Mass will be held at NBN TV 4 along Visayas Avenue, Quezon City at 8:00AM on October 29. This special mass will also be attended by St. Peter employees, planholders and officers of St . Peter.

These and more activities are prepared by St. Peter Life Plans and Chapels to make the mood more light when it comes to death and passing away. Of course, it will always be hard to lose a loved one, but St. Peter makes it sure that they pass away peacefully, without leaving burden to the family.
