SM Woman at the Philippine Fashion Week 2014

I've been fortunate not to miss the Philippine Fashion Week. I usually get to attend one or two shows every season, so I'm pretty happy everytime I receive an invite from them. This year, I get to watch the SM Woman Show at the SMX Convention Center. It was held a few weeks back, but I still talk about it to my friends. It's so exhilarating to see a fashion show where you want all of the clothes that were modeled. And this year, they have six trends to look out for. And I'm so excited to show you all of them.

Before going to the actual show, we were given a sneak peek of the SM Woman collection. The brand celebrates the stylish modern woman - one who's dynamic and exciting, yet casual and relaxed. Their clothes highlights the different aspect of a woman's lifestyle. They mixed fashion with career, casual, something for evening wear and even travel.

Hosted by Teresa Herrera, she introduced the six SM Woman Premier Collection. They are Neoprene, New Age Digital, Windowpane checks, Artistic Floral, Industrial Graphics and Resort. This collection has the ability for women to mix and match. That way, it's Fashion Day, Everyday!

Neoprene

This design captures effortless luxe with lightweight style and uplifting breathability. They are mid-length dresses that has a clean minimalist vibe yet possesses a strong look with a premium feel.

New Age Digital

Do you love prints?  New Age Digital designs are derived from techie tablets to the runways. They have randomly positioned geometric shapes juxtaposed with spliced patterns that create a riveting montage for a variety of occasions.

Windowpane Checks

These timeless black and white designs are simple and elegant at the same time. These clothes are perfect for your everyday office attire. When I didn't have a uniform yet, my staples are black and whites, but don't you think windowpane checks are more gorgeous?

Artistic Floral

This one is my favorite! They are hand-drawn floral patterns emphasize illustrative techniques in appealing painterly blooms and artful splashes of color. They bring the fun in every party. These are perfect for Friday attires that doesn't require you to dress down.

Industrial Graphics

Industrial Graphics are swirled marble and granite, grayscale graphics, scratchy patterning, and disrupted checks that highlight new ways to celebrate industrial style. They are like punk rock designs but classier. You can mix and match this design with your favorite stilettos.

Resort

Even if it's already June, it doesn't mean summer has to end! From beach to cabana and beyond, resort rules with feminine watercolor prints on light chiffon, and tropical and abstract patterns on robes and loose harem pants. You can even use the resort wear for layering and keeps you comfortable at the same time.

Here are the highlights of the SM Woman Fashion Show held at the SMX Convention Center. Take your picks! I know I have so many.

Thank you SM Woman and ARC PR for inviting me. It's always an exciting experience to go to Fashion Week. I can't wait to see all these clothes on rack. I know because I bought three of them already. :)
