MMFF Pick: Si Agimat, Si Enteng Kabisote at Si Ako

I believe it has always been a tradition for Enteng movies to invade the Metro Manila Film Festival. And this year is no exception, for they have fused three powercast into this awesome movie. Two years ago, the boyfriend and I enjoyed the film, and I'm pretty sure that this year will not be an exception. From the combined forces of Agimat and Enteng Kabisote in 2010, Vic Sotto and Sen. Bong Revilla Jr. teams up with Ms. Judy Ann Santos in the adventure-packed movie, "Si Agimat, Si Enteng at Si Ako".

During the Blogger's Night, Bossing Vic Sotto talked how their movie is about  family values, adventure, fun and magical fantasy. With the three giant stars in MMFF history, the spectacular places in the Northern part of the Philippines, special effects, “Si Agimat, Si Enteng Kabisote at Si Ako” is a must-see movie in the film festival roster. And based on the trailer, I'm pretty sure that it'll get better this year.

Since Agimat and Enteng Kabisote established a partnership two years ago, Agimat sought Enteng Kabisote's help in starting a family with Samara, also an Amuleto warrior. As they embark in their life's journey, they also met AKO, in short for Angelina Kalinisan Orteza, an environmental advocacy organization leader. Little do they know, AKO is also a high tech-yuppie fairy that leads the Kingdom of Diwatara.

But tragedy also struck as the high-tech villains of Tokatoks and filthy alien monsters tried to take over the environment and even got their loved ones. And even with all the jealousy from Faye and Samara towards AKO, Agimat and Enteng, together with the kingdom of Encantasia, embarked on a battle with Pink Kapre Che (John Lapus), Winged Horse Sol (Yassi Pressman) and computer-wiz dwarf Chichay (Ryzza Mae Dizon.

This movie triples the fun and adventure to all Enteng Kabisote movies. Produced jointly by industry powerhouse outfits Imus Productions, OctoArts Films, M-Zet TV, APT Entertainment and GMA Films, “Si Agimat, Si Enteng Kabisote at Si Ako” will definitely bring joy to your family and friends this Metro Manila Film Festival so make sure to watch it this holiday season!
